I first retained Mr Blevins in 2010, again in 2021, and then again this year. Mr Blevins and his staff of wonderful ladies have always been very communicative with me regarding my case. Answers all of my questions, and I have plenty. He advises and reassures, has always shown up to court for me and always on time. He even just recently showed up with very short notice, as we had not been adequately notified. My last case was a literal dog fight, and Paul was ruthless. I was even awarded reimbursement of my attorney fees, and I hear that doesn’t happen often in Oklahoma. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I hired Mr. Blevins in April of 2023. I was the petitioner in divorce. He was highly recommended. The first few months everything seemed to be on track. And I had no complaints. However within 6 months of hiring him, not only was his office staff very unprofessional, so was he. He recommended we do things such as subpoenas and depositions. These ended up costing me quite a bit of money and he never did anything with the info. I had to call or email repeatedly to him and his office to get any info on my case. When I expressed my frustration I was told by Mr.Blevins to seek other counsel. But retracted and made me believe for 2 more months that he would continue represent me. I actually received my retainer back via mail less than 24 hours of him no showing at court. And was told by him that he didn’t need my money. Although he had no problem keeping 4k. Please do your research and take it from me, he’s not the one to hire.

Very unprofessional office. His employees represent him and when I called to discuss our decree that they have been working with me on I was laughed at and mocked. Then she resorted to name calling. In which she answered my questions about this offices morals and beliefs. My question was if they were okay representing and pushing to have a mother and 3 kids be homeless because my husband believes he’s entitled to make the choice of not wanting to provide for his family that he started and was the sole provider for while traveling and never home to help with our kids and I stayed home the entire marriage taking care of our 3 children. Offices like this is why our world is the way it is. Practicing law should be about making sure what is right is done and upholding the law. It shouldn’t be about throwing all morals and integrity out the window for the dollar bill.where is the accountability?

Do not use them if you have an uncontested divorce. It has been almost a month in a half and I can not get them to return my calls about getting the rest of my retainer I am owed.

After coming highly recommended... mr blevins was a very big disappointment. From showing up 45min late to court to making decisions regarding my times with my children without even discussing with me options I had, and then to quit when I asked what the 2500 I had already paid him for went towards seeing how I still have no visitation agreement and am no closer to settling then I was on day 1.... terrible experience
