My family and I got our green card through the Beshara law firm. We are now in the parole removal phase awaiting review of the I-829. The fact is that I was the only one in my family who did not receive the notice of action for a 24 month green card extension. Not only unprofessional .. but also uncivilized and rude !! Mr. Beshara closed the phone while I was telling him about the mistakes of his employee Fernanda, who simply does not know that the 15 days premium processing time also applies after response to RFE!! How can you trust a lawyer who hires people not aware of these basics .. and then behaves this way after you pay him a huge amount of money. They also charged us more to respond to the RFE .. as they were not able to professionally respond and they exactly said they hired a “professional” to respond instead, clearly stating they are not professionals :)

I went there for a consultation about my pending asylum case. Upon my arrival they asked me $200 for a consultation fee then I got a chance to meet Lawyer Beshara. I gave him all my details and later he came to a conclusion that he will ask one of his asylum lawyer to set up another meeting because he was not asylum expert. After few weeks I got a chance to meet asylum expert lawyer and he said he will take my case and said he will get back to me in few days. He never did. They took my details, money and did not helped me at all. My asylum case is pending for 8 yrs and I saved my hard earned money to discuss my case and I got nothing from them besides saying we will get back to you. They cheated.
