They literally ruined our life. They took advantage of us after an accident. I had to do multiple depositions due to Stuart Bench not giving the other side the evidence I gave him and once he messed up he wanted to just drop the case. They pretended to care about our family and the 9 people who died but he didn't care neither did Melanie. They just want money and are extremely lazy. Do not go here. We went through a referral from one of the girls who worked there and she is a liar too. Please don't fall victim to another terrible lawyer.

Attorney Bench may not gotten done what I wanted, but he gave it his all. Many attorneys refuse to do that. Though I disagree with the way things turned out, I do recommend him and respect him a great deal. I even wrote an email to him about what I think went wrong about my case, but still, I respect him and believe his is a great man with a great heart willing to put in more time and effort than most lawyers. This alone can be remarkably benefitable for a case.

Updated review from 5 stars to 1. Mr Bench made off with $4175 of.my dollars without ever moving my case to court. He was supposed to do a very simple thing that I told him how I wanted done and he agreed. After demanding more and more. Money without results, he just gave up and told me he wasn't going to do it after all... even after being paid to do it! Just like most corrupt lahhe will just make excuses why he earned that money by talking to people and making phone calls. Lawyers here need to start passing a real bar exam and Indiana need a disciplinary commission. I've been robbed three times now because the state protects them.

I hired for a small claims that was 12 years old. He got me to settle but now court says that I have to go to court there isn't a judgment. Stay tuned for the rest of the story tomorrow.
