Jim beard is very unprofessional and rude. I spoke to him personally on Friday my court case was on Tuesday he assured me 100% that he would be there and then Tuesday came and after I asked off work, my husband asked off and we hired a baby sitter to try and resolve the issue he doesn’t show up. I sit in court for two hours and then a man who works for the court asked me my name and went and asked me about my case and informed me that it was continued at my lawyer’s request and apparently paying someone 1000 doesn’t even make you worth a two minute phone call and he doesn’t give two hoots about your time. I would never recommend meeting this human.

My car wreck was in May and it's March .... Haven't heard anything about my case , Everytime I call p.j isn't in office the assistant never calls me back , and when I did get ahold of p.j he told me that they where still waiting on a piece of paper and I asked him what document is he waiting on ? He told me he wasn't sure that all he knew was he was holding on one ???? My car wreck has almost been a year and he is still waiting on medical documents that would take me 8 minutes to get at the hospital and me deliver myself in about 20 minutes ..... Makes no since .
