I have closed multiple properties using them. Usually I have John close them. Reading the reviews prompted mine as they seem unrealistic. I'm not choosing a lawyer because they are nice to me or have great, outgoing or radiant personalities. I choose my lawyer based on results, I expect nothing for free and I understand legal issues take time. The results and attention to detail given by them has been excellent during every transaction and I couldn't ask for better.

Used BPW for closing on property! They got the job done but I have several concerns. I do not recommend. I only spoke to Rhonda, but she obviously represents the entire firm because I never met or signed a single document with anyone else there. I expressed these concerns via email but no one from the office responded so I’m leaving it here. Communication was poor, and the seller of the property actually called me to inform me that the process was finally ready to start after the title search. I had been calling weekly for updates, yet no one from BPW called me. I was told that the documents that needed to be signed would be emailed once drafted and I would be notified when they do. Check your spam, because the documents sat there over the weekend and you won’t receive a notification. Now for the fun part!! First, I closed and never once met the attorney. Not sure if he made any signatures or not. I dont care whether you have a Phd or a high school diploma, you should never strive to talk down to someone. The lack of professionalism and the condescending attitude from Rhonda was not appreciated. To be scolded as if I’m incompetent by a firm that I am paying to provide a service is unacceptable! She was incapable of providing sufficient instructions or documents that allowed the transfer of ownership to proceed per her email does not warrant her actions. Comments like, “Pay your mortgage” is none of Rhonda’s concern, but I imagine when you draft the paperwork and file with court without actually witnessing them, it probably does become your concern. But hey, I’m no attorney! A closing should have been a celebratory event, however, I left the lobby/ entrance of their building with zero joy. If this is how they do business, they should be ashamed. I was treated poorly and I hope they use this feedback to change. Reviews are pointless if you don’t adjust or rectify your actions
