I was injured at my roofing job in April of '21. I was told good things about Basch&Keegan, so I brought my case there and was given this guy John DeGasperis to represent me. When I got hurt I blew out my knee, every aspect of it. AND it was caught on video, with the ladder I was on being the company I worked for, and it was faulty which is why I fell anyways. John told me because they had insurance on their workers, I had no case and they were only willing to give me $10k, of which I saw MAYBE 4800. Come to find out he was and is really close friends with my bosses son. While waiting for THIS case, I brought him ANOTHER injury case of mine. Which he has ghosted me on, no calls, no answers, he literally ducked out of his office when I came and went around the building until I pulled out. This guy is more concerned with making YouTube videos of how to be a good lawyer rather than BE a good lawyer. This guy is a clown, he's hot garbage. DO NOT waste your time on him OR on Basch&Keegan.
