I had paid an initial down payment with the other firm of $500, so I was hesitant to lose that money and switch over. But I am glad I did. The customer service was night and day. Chris Barski, and his staff, are no less than absolutely amazing!! My husband and I are in our 70s and found ourselves in a horrible position after unplanned expenses of a 5-year struggle to adopt two grandchildren that had life-threatening abuse several years ago. We struggled to get back to a financially responsible position while absorbing the cost of unplanned raising two young children and paying off legal and medical debts. We found ourselves in a very dire position and turned to one of the consolidation companies that are prevalently advertised to absorb debt that we occured to try to get our credit score up by paying off debt through settlement. That failed because the majority of it went to administrative causes after 2 years and we found ourselves staring at a lawsuit that could take our home from us. My RV burned and I lost everything while in Yuma. I rented a place and was confronted with some nasty business practices. I told the manager she was using nasty business practices and she said they weren't nasty business practices because everyone in Yuma did it. That just means nasty business is the accepted business model in Yuma. Chris personally and quickly responded every time I had a question by phone or by email and that impressed upon me that he has a genuine concern for his clients. I was black balled in Yuma and couldn't even get an Amazon package delivered for months after the filing. That's how tightly knit the Yuma Nasty Business Bureau operates.
