I went to banks and jones after a car accident in which I was the passenger and got hurt. I was promised “triple digits” on my settlement. One year went by with no communication from there end. I tried continuously to contact them and left multiple messages with there front desk lady and it would take weeks for them to get back to me. After a year of waiting on them to do what I thought they did best, they called me in and told me that my settlement would be a WAY smaller amount and that they couldn’t do much more for me. A year and a half later, I am in a mass amount of debt due to medical bills and I also have a permanently damaged hip that I can’t go get treated because of my debt that I was left with after dealing with banks and jones. I was also told that I should not worry about paying for my car at the time because it would be “taken care of”. Mind you, I was summoned to court over that loan recently. I fully believe that they took advantage of me because I was only a 20 year old kid at the time, trying to figure it all out by myself. 0/10 would not recommend. (They also, awkwardly, made me write them a good review when I was signing the final paper work. Which I deleted as soon as I left the room)
