I had a positive opinion about this firm from the start because I received a quick call back from Mr John Bailey after my initial call. After explaining the injuries I suffered by an employee while shopping at a large local grocery chain, questioning whether I even had reason to file a claim, Mr Bailey explained what was needed to proceed. After filing a claim, Mr Bailey got back to me in keeping me updated and answered any questions I had. I also want to thank front office reception, specifically Carol, who were always polite and efficient in getting my messages to Mr. Bailey. I recommend this firm without any doubt!

I received a burn while dining out, it hurt for sure and I knew I needed medical attention. I also knew that I needed a lawyer. I called a few but it was a Sunday so I left voicemails. John Bailey called me that Monday, I never received a called from the other lawyers. After talking with him I knew he took my incident serious and quickly an agreement was reached with the restaurant representatives for compensation. I am very happy with the outcome.
