Brian Baher failed to disclose I was in the middle of a class action lawsuit so when I got my settlement everything we filed was taken out along with a 5000$ capital one card I never had also a 4900$ hospital bill compete fraudsI did not owe so a TRUSTEE had to be appointed..frauds.paying back what we filed on isnt the what the issue is its I'm owed 20,000$..Baher lied to the COURTs...
