*UPDATE* The team at Attea and Attea read this review and quickly reached out to my family and I to make things right. Their condolences were heartfelt and they let us know that they would be happy to fix any remaining issues we had with Mr. Pysz, as he is no longer at the practice. I feel confident that we can work with them in the future regarding my grandparents will/estate, if need be. Thank you, Ryan and Brian! After my grandma's recent passing, my mother and father tried to retrieve my grandparent's will (my grandpa also passed 2 years ago). They worked with Mr. Pysz, whom did not offer any condolences, told them what they needed to do was "focus on their family instead", and told them if they wanted to acquire the will he wasn't able to help - that they needed to go to surrogate court to get it. He was dismissive, condescending, and utterly useless. Now they have to hire an attorney to deal with Mr. Pysz because they do not have the emotional capacity to work with him, properly grieve, and plan a funeral. My grandma's passing was not quick. It was an emotionally grueling 6 months for my entire family, but mostly my father. He spent everyday at the hospital feeding his mother after she became a quadriplegic. He, as the executor of their will, should AT LEAST be in the know of how to proceed in terms of divvying up their estate for all of the family. Instead, he is being forced to jump through a bunch more hoops that he can barely handle. I can't speak on the experience of the other attorney's at this practice, but I can say that you should not trust Mr. Pysz for anything regarding End-of- life planning.
