So far, not impressed at all. I called the office today for an "over the phone consultation" on Wednesday 2/19/20, and spoke with Payton. Super sweet girl. I gave her detailed information regarding my "complex personal bankruptcy", she took notes then advised the attorney was on another call but would likely return my call within 5 - 10 minutes. She ended the call making sure I knew her name... great customer service. I give Payton five stars... however I never received a call from the attorney. More than 24 hours later not even a call to tell me they were not interested in taking my case. I called this office because it mentions "complex personal bankruptcy". My case is complex but I have money to pay you to at least talk to me. Poor customer service, I expected more.

I had never filed a bankruptcy in my life and was terrified of doing so. With so many BK attorneys in Vegas it's difficult to choose which law firm to select. Fortunately, Mr. Atkinson's office was nearby my residence and I chose to give him a call. After calling 3 other firms, it was clear to me that this guy is a pro and a real human!
