I hired these gentleman to help me with a case. They are very knowledgeable of the laws. They fought for me even when I had no fight left. They were always available day or night. They helped me and my family to overcome a situation that I didn’t see away out of. I would truly recommend them to everyone who is facing discrimination at their workplace. I had a conversation on September 27th, around 4:00 p.m. with an intake person from Arin/James. After a 30 minute conversation, I was given direction that an attorney would be calling me on the same day. I have not heard back from any attorney, no call, no email, no follow up from this office. I called today around 4:00p.m. and another intake person answered the call, she was rude, had major problems saying my name, could not spell my name. I told her that someone had already taken my information, she said, that she would need to retake my information and be on another call for 30 minutes. I asked her if she could ask her colleagues, and did not have time to conduct research or speak to anyone re; my intake from last week. She said, "if you want to speak to anyone moving forward, you would need to complete a full intake." Very unorganized, very unprofessional and waste of time.
