I was in a motorcycle accident December 2023 and hired these guys March 2024. Now we’re in February 2025. There are still yet to give me an answer about my case. I called multiple times and it’s the same answer every time “sorry sir they are in a meeting, they are on a call, they are on lunch… leave a message with me (the secretary) and they will call you back.” They never call me back. I legit have to drive 30mins just to talk to someone and when I’m there they don’t busy at all. I text them and they never respond. As a Military Veteran, I advise all my service members to not go here and find a better place. So our Service Members do not get this poor service and treatment that I am going through.

I hired them with the hope of resolving my auto insurance claim quickly. It was an open-and-shut case—I was simply trying to recoup my losses from my own insurance company. The saddest part is that I went into this as a typical naïve adult, thinking that hiring a lawyer was the right first step. I figured, yes, it would cost me something, but in the end, it would be worth it to have someone else handle the complexities on my behalf. Over a year later, that decision has completely derailed my life. My credit score has dropped from 745 to the low 500s. For the first six months after the accident, I didn’t have a vehicle, which made it impossible to work. On top of that, frequent trips to chiropractors and pain specialists drained what little savings I had. While my lawyer’s office “offered” Uber rides to medical appointments—at a future cost—my medical bills kept piling up. Meanwhile, 13 months after my accident, I’m drowning in medical bills, likely accruing interest, and I avoid even checking my mailbox because it’s just a constant reminder of how far behind I’ve fallen. To make matters worse, I can’t even get a 15-minute update from my lawyer. This is what happens when you try to go the “formal” route—you get screwed over. I deeply regret not handling things myself like my friend did. I might have salvaged some of what this terrible accident took from me. Instead, I’m worse off than ever.
