I spent a couple of weeks playing phone tag with Melissa at this company. She was very quick to judge and basically communicated that my idea isn't worth proceeding to patent in 30 seconds. She cut me off multiple times, while she told me to describe the product. Then she became argumentative she Said “it's being done!” While I had multiple patent searches done. Months before I talked with her to find out if I was a different path. I am….Well you have 50 different food blenders. 50 different patents similar but all different enough to get individual pattents.she could have tried she didn't want it she's not hungry, (motivated) Be wary if you call this company and get Melissa with the unbelievable lack of an open mind melissa. Talk with someone that has a drive, that is open minded, that has passion for what they do and the drive to get it done. not melissa. ALWAYS HAVE SIGNED NON-DISCLOSURES TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
