Highly recommend. Mr. Anderson and staff were wonderful! The receptionist and paralegal (Heather) were very helpful and polite. They made me feel more at ease during a stressful time in my life. Mr. Anderson was able to take my case on short notice and provided updates along the way to give me peace of mind. Most people, I believe, live their lives never expecting to have the need for an expert attorney. In the fall of 2024, I found myself in that exact position – I needed a very skilled attorney - one that could stand between me and what appeared to be overzealous attorney. I have followed Tim Anderson for years on Facebook and have always been impressed with his skills and abilities, but most importantly, his drive to right wrongs and ensure citizens’ rights are protected. When my issue presented, I called Mr. Anderson and he went right to work. From that moment on I felt that my situation would be decided in my favor. I was proven correct in mid-February 2025. The Readers Digest version is as follows: Through a pretrial motion, Mr. Anderson was able to provide correct and applicable case law that allowed the judge to dismiss the case before the trial ever got on its way. I am writing this review to obviously give kudos to Mr. Anderson for a job well done; but also, to share that if you feel you have been wronged, don’t give in or give up. Fight, Fight, Fight. In addition and on a side note, one of two deputies that were to testify on my behalf commented to me as I was walking out the door that “your attorney is really good”.

We obtained Anderson's services for a failure to yield for our 17 year old son. I really liked how him and his office handled the manner. They were not only professional but very nice and communicative. I usually have a bad feeling when talking to lawyers but this a pleasant experience.
