I was looking for a bar lawyer back in 2022 to fix my dui record from before COVID here in Los Angeles, CA. I had a bad representation in court from the previous attorney when I was fighting my case and had then a clean record; I wish I had known Alex earlier; the previous lawyer left even the wrong charges on my record. As a counselor, Alex was very honest and did not overpromise as the previous lawyer I had. He told me it could be done but it had to be methodological; we can clean your record, Alex said, and he showed me the statues and laws in California but also said it had to be done with the discretion of the judge and court. We went in with no expectations in 2023, and he said perhaps we don't get the answer you are looking for, but at least we will know what the path would look like, and so it was the new judge I had assigned in LA County who read my profile and settled with me and Alex for another year that day in court, and then she said if I completed all the requirements, she would expunge my record. 2024 came in, and my petition was heard and conceded. Everything that we asked for in that motion was granted. Now don't expect miracles either; your lawyer is just a representation in court; you'll have to work hard and be diligent with what the court rules politically if you want to get your life back on track. Moreover, I have to say Alex works long hours and weekends; he is also the type of counselor you want to have because my previous lawyer would make himself unavailable and send me the secretary when I needed to discuss something serious from my case. Alex, unlike him, was always available and considerate; he is a dedicated lawyer. In case Alex was in court or with a client, he would return the call the same day. If you want a lawyer who is knowledgeable about criminal vehicular defense law, reasonable with solutions and negotiations, works hard, attentive, and fights for you to feel safe, hire Alex.

My situation happened more then a year ago,it’s was a mess,I crashed my car with some other parked vehicle and got arrested after cops checked my alcohol level.I didn’t know what to do after and it’s was seems I’m in very bad situation,I’m also class A driver license holder and it is my job.After few days I start to looking for lawyer and first try to talk someone by recommendations,and after I talked to them I felt they don’t care at all about my situation,just was trying to file some body injuries and didn’t answer me on basic questions about my case,first money then all questions.I felt I can’t give my fate in this hands,talk to more people and it’s was seems all lawyers treat you like that. After we signed the contract he helped me to get back my physical id and kept it valid,so I was keep working on the truck and making money to fix my stuff,he did very good and clean job,it’s a lot of details,but he did it perfectly,combine very smart court date and dmv hearing,so after that I just got reckless driving and won a hearing in dmv in what I didn’t believe it’s could happen with my case,so there is nothing on my license at all besides few points for this crash with 2 cars totaled! Everything done by now and I got everything back how it’s was before without a big damage,I’m so appreciate for his job so even gave him some extra money because it’s was really worth it,he saved me from falling in to the deep hole because everything was connecting to my licenses. I heard after that a lot of people got dui and lost licenses in way smaller cases then mine,so if you are really care about your charges and driver licenses I recommend you Alex for 110 percent!
