I currently have a file with this law firm and it’s for a finance visa. All of my documents have been uploaded and was told was already submitted. The file is supposed to be an online submission and back around dec 26 of 2024, per last conversation, all files have been prepared and just needed to upload. So I did a follow up a week ago, today is Jan 25, 2025, according to Michiko, files were already submitted. So I asked for a copy of receipt of submission, until now, she has not provided them. Keep in mind, online submission that means, she used my credit card to pay for them. I check my credit card transactions daily, and I have yet to see any charges from INS. Which means she has not submitted them. And she has not replied to my request for proof of submission. I’ve attached a copy of the conversation as proof. So, if you plan on using this law firm, I suggest you go somewhere else. Update: Jan. 28 2025 I just did a screenshot of my credit card statements. Just submitted. Screenshot attached below.

Very unprofessional. I requested a free phone consultation and had a few emails going back and forth before. The last email I recieved said that I will need to pay for further assistance - effectively removing the free consultation. The lack of english skills in the emails and unprofessionalism is not worth my time.

Dr. Michiko and everyone in the office were very professional, always prompt and accurate, and very kind and caring. Professor Michiko and everyone in the office were able to communicate in Japanese, which was very helpful as we were able to communicate well. Whenever I contacted them with any questions, I always received a prompt and accurate response, which made me feel very at ease while communicating with them. They were very attentive and kind to me, taking into account my anxiety as I was dealing with a lot of procedures that I didn't understand. Not only did he explain the content and process of all the procedures, but if there was anything I didn't understand, he always explained them very carefully, and even though the case was troublesome and complicated, he handled various tasks in a kind, courteous, accurate, and prompt manner. Thank you very much for your response. In addition, he carefully and thoroughly explained all the costs and payment methods, and was very conscientious, so I was able to proceed without stress while consulting with the doctor. I am very grateful to the wonderful teachers and everyone in the office.
