I called in desperate need of help after undergoing extreme trauma. The woman on the other end was brusk, unfeeling and would barely let me get a word in. When I tried to explain what happened, she cut me off and said: " You asked a question, and I'm TRYING to answer it! " What? If this is how you are treated on the phone, I cannot imagine working with them. Devastating to be treated this way after what I had gone through. I came for help, and was treated like I wasn't worth 5 minutes of their time. And don't bother with the canned response. "Sorry to hear this, please call us....yadi yadi, You know I won't be calling you!
