I've dealt with secretaries for many law firms and so far this is my first one who did not give me the run around and cared i hope they can help prove it was not similar to a heavy rain coming down to my house and my house wasn't in bad condition until this happened to me and I hope the eye witnesses are honestly not going to feel like lying is ok because they know i told the truth and they deny telling it so they don't pay for everything they know I don't deserve and I promise in the pictures of the water in my addition that had opened skirting inside of it and these are pictures of before during and after the mainline flooding incident 20 minutes after it was shut off and the water wasn't drained out from under my house and my addition yet and it is in my opinion obviously not a hard to believe story that I was dealing with a lot more than a rain storm has done to me ever in any place I've ever lived nor in the 4 years I've been here nothing close to that much water flowed to my house in that amount of time I hope that video will be able to show them the amount of water to compare to their account so they see what happened wasn't the way they are saying it is similar to a rain storm when I show diagonal dropping pouring rain coming down hours after it started raining in the same trench around my addition isn't even to the top of the wall it was flowing over in my house and they see I was not exaggerating it but it was making me Mad knowing that the operation manager was trying to lead me to agree with him as he said so it was like a heavy rain the water coming down to the house and in the first of 3 claim denial states that they see that water coming to my house similar to a heavy rain could not have caused enough force to move a trailer home and the trench that was full and overflowing the wall held 1100 pounds of water rapidly filling to fast to alow the water to back flow to the other side of the addition that opened at ground level while the water was pouring down on it so fast it wasn't able to do that and it shows enough for the insurance company to reach the conclusion that I was right and understand that it was frustrating to me and made me feel angry at the people who were treating me like this was like a rain storm while implying the rain that was not happening did this and on top of that implying my house was in crap shape when I purchased it a year before it was sent water from the same mainline flooding my neighbors and they pumped the water to my property without a word to anyone that lived here in my house on that occasion before the 2nd break in the line that massive amounts of flowing water out of directly flowing down my sidewalk and I am saying all of that water was going to my house until I got a idea that helped me get some of it to go down the muddy gravel road above my lot by driving my suburban through it and spinning the wheels as I passed through digging out a little bit of the road to divert it during the last 15 minutes of the incident that was also about the time it hydro drilled to the top of the middle of my yard above my house and I couldn't drive through it after my tires almost got stuck I stopped and it was finally started to flow part of the problem down the road and away from my house after 2 hour of failing to divert it throwing pallets piles of 2by 4 by 10 boards and stones in the path to watch it wash them down the hill and the insurance company 11 days afterwards sent an adjuster who declined to look at the pictures the lady here tried to present to him and the way he started talking against beliefs about what happened to the ceiling damages saying we should have noticed it when we walked in the house while the entrance is the opposite side of the house we use the man acted like he didn't trust us as honest before he saw anything about it here and he was leading to fish for anything to call me a lier about the way things went in my opinion all of that stuff because they said like rain before he came I think it's not a problem with me to verify it not sagging in pictures

I had will sachs as my attorney and he was probably the best attorney I’ve ever had. He’d answer my emails incredibly quick and he never seemed annoyed or anything and he answered every question to his best ability going above and beyond. I 10/10 recommend him. The whole company itself is amazing.
