If you are the opposing party, be prepared that Mr. Hacker will not negotiate any terms with you other than signed the waiver to sign your rights to appear at any time away. He also refuses to negotiate anything less than a global settlement even though many issues can be resolved without a judge making decisions. It seems as though he just wants to run out the retainer and make sure the other party has no spousal support after 25 years of marriage. If possible, I would give negative stars.
