**Completely Disappointed – Do Not Trust This Firm with Your Disability Case!** I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this law firm, and I feel absolutely compelled to warn others. Not only did they fail me during my appeal, but they also handled my original Social Security disability application, which was denied. Now, I’m left in an even worse situation than before, struggling to get the help I need. First off, after my initial denial, I reached out to the firm for assistance with the appeal, hoping they’d offer the expertise I needed. Instead, the firm canceled or didn’t show up for multiple calls after I informed them about the denial. It was like they didn’t care, and I was just left hanging. Eventually, a paralegal named Juliana was supposed to follow up with me, but instead, I got an outsourced contractor from Mexico who was completely unprepared and unfamiliar with my case. I have cognitive impairments, and the communication barrier made it impossible to get the correct information across. Not only could she not understand what I was saying, but she couldn’t even spell basic details correctly. To be more specific this person asked if Boulevard was a city as this was the first time she encountered that word. The whole conversation was an exhausting and frustrating mess. To make matters worse, by the end of the call, it became clear that this person wasn’t offering any real legal advice—she was just filling out an appeal form on the Social Security website. This person had access to all of my information, including my social security number and was working from her home in a small town in Mexico, which is reason for data security concerns. The attorney I hired has not spoken to me. They never reviewed my case, never offered insight into why my initial application was denied, and didn’t suggest any ways to strengthen the appeal. It was like they were just going through the motions with zero care for the outcome. Just today I contacted Carrie, my case manager to ask questions about an appointment that was scheduled by social security and she was unable to answer what the tests listed on the appointment sheet were. This firm handled my original disability application, and I trusted them to do everything they could to help me. Instead, they’ve shown nothing but neglect and unprofessionalism. My family and I depend on these benefits to survive, and it feels like they’re not taking that seriously at all. The lack of communication, the failure to provide real legal counsel, and the overall disregard for my case is infuriating. I am deeply concerned about how the handling of my case by this firm will impact my ability to get the benefits I desperately need. I would **STRONGLY** advise anyone seeking Social Security disability assistance to avoid this firm at all costs. Save yourself the stress, time, and heartache. There are many other firms out there that actually care about their clients and will work to help you get the benefits you deserve.
