Currently under review by the CA State Bar Association for violating rules 1.3 Diligence, 3.4 Fairness, and Truthfulness 4.1. Steven Fritsch was appointed Minor's Counsel for my son for very concerning reasons. He is guilty of the following: - Lying in court - Providing the court documents without serving me - Bias: Made light of a major accident, neglects to report lack of counseling, refuses to speak to me while buddying up with the opposing party, neglects to advocate for my son, fabricates his own stories - Fails to accurately interpret court transcripts (makes his own narrative) When he was given my son's case and after many requests to do his job, it took 51 days for Steven to contact him and since then he's proven to be incompetent in protecting and advocating for him. He will either create additional unnecessary drama or neglect the case -- His MO I've seen for the past 14 months. He is rude and lacks the ability to be a decent lawyer who gets things resolved. He'd rather waste your time and money.

Horrible accounting. Unethical practices. Lack of diligence and integrity in “handling” children’s counsel. Seems to obstruct legitimate investigations in the “interest” of severely alienated children who have been victims of court sanctioned parental abduction. I’m willing to bet the sociopath sleeps like a baby at night.

As Minor's Counsel, Mr. Fritsch was able to provide crucial information that was paramount in liberating our son from a dangerous custody situation. Thanks to Mr. Fritsch, our son is now safe and extremely happy. Thank you Mr. Fritsch, I highly recommend.

Steven Fritsch was able to resolve several complicated issues in my original divorce settlement agreement, child plan, and alimony, which were all excessively skewed towards benefiting my ex-wife, causing me excessive financial stress. He exposed several issues and got them resolved with the judge, enabling me to be a better, more present and supportive father to my kids.

Though supposed to represent best interest of children, cannot get past their own bias and exacerbates conflicts and ignoring children’s wishes.
