Cannibalism is the action of eating another person. It is the subject of a lot of horror films. While it seems like common sense that it would be illegal, there are actually no laws against cannibalism in the United States. Idaho is the one exception. You can serve up to 14 years in prison for eating another person. Additionally, most states have laws that indirectly make it impossible to get ahold of and consume a human body legally. Murder charges cover most of it. Even if the person consents to the cannibalism before their death, charges against desecrating a corpse can get filed criminally and civilly depending on the state.
