The United States does not necessarily have laws against cannibalism, but they do have laws that make it impossible to cannibalize without committing a crime. It therefore indirectly becomes illegal. Individually, Idaho is the only state that makes cannibalism illegal. In the other states, things such as desecration a corpse and murder are all illegal, so cannibalism is almost impossible to come about legally.
