If my loved one has been injured and I need advise from lawyer but due to the injury involving a vehicle and a crime and a foreign person would I contact a criminal lawyer or a accident or a immigration lawyer. Also if all 3 needed can just 1 take the case and if so will he charge for 1 case or 3 separate cases? Is a immigration lawyer hired for a illegal to become legal or have to be hired because a foreign person is involved in a crime, like you know do they work on both sides like defendant or defender and also does a company pay the final and retainer bill or a person ? I am so confused on where to begin! Also loved one wants to keep private so didn't want to start by a bunch of phone calls. Hopefully I worded my confusion questions understandable , thank you.
