After discussing my case in detail, Eric Day advised me that he could provide legal services and requested a 1400 dollar retainer. After paying the fee, I spent the next 18 months trying to track Eric down, while he avoided my calls. He would occasionally come up for air, only to continue to string me along as he provided NONE of his promised services. It then became apparent that he never intended to do anything more than collect his fee while doing absolutely nothing. REPREHENSIBLE and unprofessional conduct unfitting to even the lowliest of attorneys. After cutting my losses and moving on, my case was adequately handled by a different attorney group.
