My experience with Shapiro, Washburn & Sharp, began nearly 2 years ago. From the first interaction Shar, and Ms. Conway, never skipped a beat.We never sat down in person, but I always felt as if I knew them personally! They both took great care of myself and my son, and they were genuinely concerned for our well being. Ms. Conway conducted regular updates, and phone calls, to keep me abreast of the progress, or to ask for anything she needed on my end. When things became a bit more serious, Kevin Sharp, didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call himself. His tone was professional, warm, but still stern and business oriented.
