I will never endorse or recommend this law firm again. Completely unprofessional, with an outrageous lack of communication. I had to find out through social media that the person I believed was handling my case is no longer with the firm. No one ever contacted me to inform me of this change or update me on who would be taking over. To make matters worse, I have never spoken to — or even been introduced to — the person allegedly handling my case now. It was me all the time trying to contact them. Never again. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm.

I can definitely say that the people here are extremely helpful and empathic. It feels like I’m dealing with a family member. I usually feel awkward and weird talking to people about my life and it does not feel that way here. My husband and I felt very comfortable and welcomed at EM. I would and have recommended people to come here for help. They answer all my questions (I have plenty!) lol. Btw Juan was our Lawyer and he was AMAZING AND SO PROFESSIONAL.
