Completely unprofessional! Scheduled a consultation two weeks ago, was given an appointment time and was told someone would call me. No one did. I gave them a second chance, this time I received no less than 5 texts and emails reminding me of the date and time for the appointment. Still no one called me! Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and horrible customer service! Find a different company to represent you! Edit: they reached out (about 5 minutes after I posted this review) to let me know the person was delayed, and an hour after that got a text saying they tried calling and didn't get an answer. (0 missed calls) Completely unprofessional.

Liberty law group in Newport News is the most unprofessional, underperforming, careless and unorganized business in regards to bankruptcy help. They provide little to no feedback and waste time making appointments that they don’t meet or are late for.

I’m very disappointed that filing for a divorce has taken many months. This group has not returned phone calls or emails. I have done everything they’ve asked and gotten no responses or updates. I am still waiting for a response to pick up my documents so I can go to a different law firm. Very unprofessional. I see responses from other people who had similar experiences. I have receipts. So whenever decides to respond, don’t call me a liar or say what I’m saying is untrue. I’ll post screenshots. UPDATED- attorney contacted me personally and has given me access to complete my divorce. Will update once completed. 11/22 update Attorney Tillman has done a great job communicating with me what’s needed to be completed. Waiting for an update that the divorce is final. 12/19/2022 divorce is finally final. Paralegals are either untrained, unsure, or not trained. They made many errors that prolonged this process. Attorney did what was needed to finalize. A little disappointed but overall glad to finally be divorced. Would I used the company again? Only if the attorney would be working my case. Idk if I’d trust them. I am grateful for the service rendered at the end!
