Hello. I was Discriminated against by my DM. Toxic boss and hostile work environment. Harassment and micromanaging. I reported this over a year ago and Nothing happen. I reported again on 2/6 and was suspended on 2/16 they used intimidation and Retaliation. They never have me a termination date and refused termination letter. Now defamation against me. The store manager that Should have been suspended tok now runs my store and bump in pay. I have proof for EVERYTHING! text messages and pictures, dates and times. I filed eeoc but interviews are booked right now. I need help!!

I am so sorry that you’re going through this. It’s great that you kept a trail of everything that happened – that will be extremely beneficial to your case. While filing with the EEOC is great, you need to speak to an employment law attorney. They can not only help you with the EEOC, but they can help you file a wrongful termination claim or possibly more.
