I am versed on the intake process, and while I know all lawyers take time to understand the case before representing clients, Mr. Joseph called me two or three times just to make sure he understood what I was seeking and the causes for it. Though Mr. Joseph could not provide legal advice until representing me, but he did offer insight that is within limitations and referred me to another source. Just a nice guy. And if you catch him on a busy day, you can almost guarantee he's going to call you back when he has more time to vet the circumstance. :)
