I can say from personal experience Nathan Vining is a horrible attorney, from him setting up times to schedule a conversation that we never had to me spending money that could’ve been used for somebody resourceful, and I felt comfortable with I’ve been dealing with him for some months and there hasn’t been any progress, he declines calls, messages, emails, literally any form of contact he ignores ! Now I’m scrambling to find somebody else, I have messages and proof of emails, text messages and I have left voicemails! GO ELSEWHERE! I even took the time to travel to his office to meet him in person and still no progress, I’m considering taking this to the Indiana bar association, it’s like he took the money and didn’t put actions behind it even when I told him I would pay to keep him as an attorney we scheduled a time to talk and he never got back to me the day we were supposed to talk ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !
