Here's my experience with Top Gun DUI: you go into the law firm because somewhere you still have a belief that Myles Berman will come save you from a DUI conviction. At your initial meeting, you will be offered their different packages. This law office like many others have templates they use such as [insert your name here] which you can google for free. I only saw an attorney once and it was at my hearing but it wasn't Mr Berman. Can't blame him, how can one person be everywhere representing every client? No, my case like many others were pawned off to other associates who just show up and took whatever the judge handed down. You paid all this money for someone to show up for the same outcome if you just went through it alone. Just learn that you made a mistake and accept the consequence.

I agree with Peter Spookey's negative comments. I was also taken advantage of under the guise that Berman was going to handle my case, and turned it over to an intern. The coup de grace, is how he saw me at a fragile moment, and asked for my credit card and he himself ran it through to get the money $10,000 upfront. Wasted money, as I would have gotten the same outcome with the judge had I gone on my own on my case. Suggest one shops around, or stop by rehabs class, as you will get all the advise you need from them.

For years and years I've heard the Miles L. Berman radio spots, so when the time came and I needed a good DUI defense attorney, of course I called him. It was pretty easy to recall the number. Anyway, they stepped in and gave me great advice, immediately reducing my stress levels about my pending case. In the end, they got my case dismissed, and I was overjoyed, especially since the police had pulled some shady stuff on me that I won't get into. I'd much rather pay an attorney to get my case dismissed than pay all those fees and other headaches that arise when you get arrested for this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
