Went through a Estate sale after my mother passed away. Thigpen handled the matter. Very unlawful the way it was handled. The amount of forgery and lack of practice and lack of authority that went on with my mother's house was quite embarrassing and illegal. The Paralegals in his office should be fired for Letting someone sign another person's name on official documents (multiple documents, checks... etc) without the person there to be witnessed, the documents were stamped by a notary who had not witnessed me or my brother there, in person to sign for what was rightfully ours. 20k to be exact!!! This Law Firm should be ashamed for the way this matter was handled!!! Thigpen got his though, I guess that's all that mattered to him. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM FOR ANY LEGAL MATTERS!!!!! You have been warned!!
