Called to schedule a consult. Two weeks later, the morning of the consult, I was left a voicemail that they are unable to handle the case. The matter should have been addressed more promptly and communicated so that I may have the opportunity to locate counsel who could assist. Wasted two weeks of my time. Mr. Raymond vale Handled my child support case although he was only notified a few days before the hearing, He jumped right on it! Waisted no time! Very satisfied with this company in general. His secretary kathrine is the sweetest ever!! This office is so welcoming and sweet from the minute you get in and believe me you feel so relieved when you leave. His prices are more then fair! You can tell he loves his work and he is very knowledgeable! I made this review years ago when i was going through my divorce. Since them i have done a full child termination and a will and he helped me every step of the way making sure my daughter is 100% mine.... i will go back to him and only him for as long as he is in business.

Raymond helped us with an adoption case. Very reasonable prices. He handled our case super fast, but that came several months after trying to get an update over the phone. After about 5 months of leaving messages with his receptionist and never getting a return call, my wife and I showed up in person and demanded to speak to Raymond. I informed him of how upset we were of not getting the case handled in the short time frame he said he could. We asked that he get it taken care of ASAP or that we get a refund so that we may take it business elsewhere. Within 5 days Mr. Vale had our paperwork submitted to the judge and everything was signed and sealed. We are very satisfied with Mr. Vale's work (we suspect his front desk secretary was the problem between communications). We have referred him to other family and friends for family law issues.

Ray is great and very pleasant, but all of the receptionists never get back to you, are rude, or take your email six times but never send anything as promised. Disheartening and makes thing move incredibly slow.
