Samuel worked with numerous commercial trucking companies, retail chains, property owners and insurance companies. In addition to handling high-exposure bodily injury and wrongful death lawsuits throughout New York State, Samuel also managed litigation handled by Wilson Elser attorneys and local counsel across the country.
