If you’re a sexual assault victim, I would avoid using them. I called them, told my very long emotional story of being drugged and assaulted, and sent over private information. I was not contacted back after a few days. So I called them. When I did, I was told they couldn’t take my case. Absolutely no explanation on what about my case made it not able to be taken. Then direct me to a law help site and didn’t tell me exactly what I should be looking up on there. A simple explanation on why they couldn’t take my case would have made all the difference to the 45 minutes on the phone I had reliving my assault.
