One of the worst lawyers I've ever hired. She violated my 6th amendment rights to confront my accuser at the Warrensburg Division of Family Services building and even told Traci Fann that my accuser wasn't in court named Courtney last name unknown which is another 6th amendment right violation because this lawyer took my $2000 for a vacation and didn't do her job that violated her Canon of Ethics and Oath of Office. Traci Fann also withheld my civil right paperwork from the Division of Family Services that I received to the court because I was beat up by the Warrensburg Police department. Traci Fann set me up to lose because she's a judge in Raytown Missouri and was friends with the judge and the judge's wife who was trying my case in Warrensburg Missouri. Traci Fann never objected to the prosecutor just playing snippets of the video and audio recordings so I would look guilty and her judge friend wouldn't watch my video because I was trespass on public property where I never committed any crimes. I'm a client at the Division of Family Services in Warrensburg Missouri and the police officers beat me up putting me in the hospital being a elderly disabled, special needs, and low income person just asking for help at the DFS building where the employees retaliated against me. I beat both cases for trespassing and resisting arrest myself as a prose lawyer, which ought to tell everyone reading this, just how terrible that Traci Fann is as an Attorney at Law. Traci Fann just basically stole my $2000 dollars for a vacation and even told my wife and I this during our conversations and how she was special friends with Judge James Roy Hall and the judge's wife. Traci works for the court being a judge herself and not her client was my experience... Horrible Attorney!
