Posted on behalf of my wife (Susan Barker): Brief description of your legal issue: Nate Cooley, PLC - Barker Auto Wreck Settlement It has been about two weeks since our final settlement with Nate Cooley and I have been trying to put into words how much we appreciate the help and kindness that we received from him and Marty. Our case involved my May 2020 auto wreck, involving four cars that were totaled. The driver at fault was an under-insured driver and we had to use our insurance policy to help compensate for an under-insured driver. To make matters worse, everything we had to go through was during the Covid 19 shut down. After a year, I ended up with a two day back surgery and had to go through all the steps that Medicare requires to approve surgery. Nate Cooley immediately helped and opened doors that were closed to us. He responded to every problem we encountered and found a solution within a short period of time.
