One of THE absolute worst experiences of my LIFE! DO NOT trust this “Law Firm” because they’re very quick to take your retainer money and even quicker to completely ignore you after they’re hired. Not only did my case end extremely bad but I have literally called & emailed constantly to ZERO answer or acknowledgement for, on one occasion, almost a FULL MONTH! I’ve also arrived to the “Law Firm” in person well before their website says they close on several different weekdays to find the door locked and no one answering phones. I’ve been made to feel as if I absolutely don’t matter and charged much more than originally discussed with no warning and no permission given. It’s so discouraging as they came recommended but I wouldn’t wish what I’ve gone through on my own worst enemies. 0/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND and I will tell every friend I have NOT to give them their money.
