Incompetent, avoid them. I emailed them asking about setting up a Trust before I bought a house. They wanted $100 to even talk to me. I agreed since I understand wanting to get paid for your work. Well when I called during my appointment the person I talked to said they haven't heard of using a Trust when buying a house and had zero info. They sounded like some secretary, not an actual lawyer. So I paid $100 for a 4 minute pointless call. I contacted two other actual professional lawyer offices and they both offered free consultation calls to briefly go over my basic questions. Of course they wanted to be paid to set up the Trust, but that's expected. It's the charging for a consultation then having a sectary with zero knowledge is the issue.
