DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! As many of the other bad reviews have stated, they do not call back. They are unprofessional and rude. Attorney Herron is dishonest, uncaring, and unresponsive. The only time she communicated was for initial consultations for new clients in order to secure new business. DO NOT pay her a retainer. She is cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for. I hired a new attorney to complete my case after unresponsiveness from this law firm for almost a year. Save yourself the headache and just pay for a more expensive and BETTER attorney to begin with.

I had been using this firm for child custody since April 2023. I do not recommend this firm at all. They have not invoiced me since May 2nd. Today is February 14th 2024 and I still don’t have any additional invoices that they say they have to add in order to determine what is left of my retainer to pay it back to me. Excuses are “we have over 300 clients and there are invoices left to be added”. But it’s been almost a year since they added any invoices. I have left over 4 messages that have not been answered in over a month. They are terrible at getting back to you and when they do, they talk to you like you are a bother to them. Very irresponsible and not organized at all. Also I went to court and Terry Herron arrived 4 hours late to my hearing causing a very bad impression on my end. I would not recommend using this firm. I payed 5,000 for a retainer. Only got invoiced 1,800 almost a year ago and now they won’t give me the rest of my retainer even though the case is through and I canceled their services. Now they are just ignoring me and won’t pay me back.

I absolutely enjoyed working with Terri Herron. She is genuine, honest, and no nonsense. Brainstorming with her is feels like partnering with someone that has your best interest at heart and refuses to allow you to settle for less. She also has a way about her that inspires hope for a successful and fair outcome - even if fair life circumstances aren't what you are used to.
