Quite possibly the worst attorney I ever had to deal with, and I've spent a lot on attorneys. Hired in July 2024, Kaufman performed an hour and a half worth of hearing, and took my $4.5k. An evaluation was delivered to him 11/18/2024. Kaufman performed no actions, and achieved nothing from 11/18,2024, when it was delivered to him, until 3/6/2025, allowing the relationship with my son to become deteriorated, despite my constant begging him to schedule a hearing, so I could see my son again, like normal. 5 months. No actions. Because I became frustrated, he withdrew from my case Friday evening at 4pm when with an emergency hearing scheduled for Monday morning at 9:30am - intentionally hanging me out to dry. When scrambling to hire a new attorney, I find he did absolutely nothing for months, essentially sabotaging my case by not filing compliance reports, etc - as per new attorney. Devastating but I will figure it out. If you are a father fighting to see his son/daughter, absolutely keep looking because this is just another money hungry, lazy, scumbag.

I've had Mr Kaufman retained now for a year. I've been dealing with an ex that knows no bounds when it comes to trying to take my time away with my kids. Mr Kaufman replaced my precious lawyer and in that years time has corrected many errors in my case. Through his expertise, the Court has seen right through her BS and I have been able to maintain my equal custody AND recieve child support from the mother.
