WARNING (updated 01/27/25 -I finally got a call back from legal assit David Holstein after calling 3wks to speak to lawyer... The legal Asst David H. Said he could speak to every question I had on my case. He said lawyer Chris shaw appeared in court on my behalf & gave me the specific date, time & judge. I specifically told him my goal was to obtain proof that my lawyer was in attendance for the hearing ---I could I know I could achieve that by calling the clerk of the court ---and see all who and what was signed off. I guess he must have called the lawyer Chris Shaw after he hung up with me because then the lawyer called me 5 mins later , the first time after me calling him for 3 wks! For 3wks, Chris NEVER returned my many calls. So today 1/27/25, Chris told me that everything that his assistant just told me was incorrect. Chris said he didn't attend a hearing , The officer was not present. Instead, he did attend a 'pretrial'. There was only him and a judge. There was no cop and there was no trial. Basically everything that the cop writes on the ticket is taken as assumed correct. Of course you're not going to win your case that way. Chris told me he could cancel all of that pretrial work and do a hearing, but it will cost more money and there's a risk I will pay up to $500. What a bunch of crap! Why didn't they tell me of these options when I first called. when I called Rhino the first time, I was told I was paying to have a lawyer appear on my behalf in a moving violation trial...that IS what I paid for---- that is NOT what I got.THIS LAW FIRM JUST LIED TO ME AGAIN AND GOT CAUGHT DOING SO‼️) 1/17/25 WARNING: HORRIBLE‼️ They give lawyers a bad name. (Note-This FIRM has 2 sets Google reviews & changed practice co name too; Make sure you search all the bad 'google reviews' - read all those coded bad with 1star vs any good 5stars ) It is the same horrible criticisms over and over again‼️) They are extremely unprofessional, they lie and deceive, the receptionists and even business owner is rude, they don't return your phone calls promptly. They just take your money and then send you emails. If you want that type of representation ....then you might as well just flush your money down a toilet. They are terrible!!

I had a speeding ticket and the lawyers managed to get me to not pay the ticket and they also took away 3 points from my license and they fought that too. Very good service.
