Upon calling, I was greeted very nice and professional. Moving forward, I was contacted by Bert Polito who is one of the attorneys. Well let me say how soft and well spoken he was. He introduced himself and gave me a brief description of himself and how law office. He proceeded in asking me about what occurred and from that second I felt that I was speaking with the CORRECT person for this problem. He explained the process in descriptive details.
