In my OPINION this attorney will not care about you or your case. He certainly did not care about mine. I hired this attorney to take on a civil rights lawsuit against the state of New Jersey. For several years I have been calling him emailing him texting him and pleading with him for updates regarding my case. He finally explains to me that the reason my case has been stalled so long is because the case was shifted from one prosecutor to the next over the last 4 years. Moved five times. Despite this issue I asked him why he has not gotten certifications underoath from the witnesses, not lab tested the samples or gotten any experts on board...CRICKETS! When he finally does track down my witnesses, he finds out that one of them has died. Even after this knowledge becomes apparent to my attorney...he still would not go get certification under oath from the remaining witness. All of a sudden he reaches out to me in January demanding a bunch of money for expert witnesses. A COMPLETE SURPRISE....Except that he blew the filing deadline for experts the week prior. I have been calling him emailing him texting him and leaving messages with his secretary literally recording myself leaving messages... He will not return my phone calls he will not return my emails he will not return my text messages he will not explain himself.... I have now had to file a report with my local police department as well as Sparta police. He will not return my ORIGINAL documents and evidence which are pertinent to the case. THERE IS ANOTHER HARD DEADLINE for any remaining non-expert witness evidence to be submitted by April of 2025. I've reached out to this man repeatedly trying to find out if there is a way to salvage the case or fix his mistakes. He continues to ignore all forms of communication. This attorney has completely abandoned me. I am filing a complaint with the office of attorney ethics against this attorney as soon as the case is dismissed from his errors. I wish I could do it sooner. In my opinion...Unless you want to end up like me (seeking out a legal malpractice attorney) I suggest you keep shopping for a lawyer who actually cares about the outcome of your case as much as you do. In my opinion...Do not make the mistake of hiring this attorney
