Be very careful if you are looking for an immigration attorney. I called asking for representation for my husband at his deportation hearing. They came back and said they would charge 10k. I asked for what? They said 7k to file an i130 and 3k to apply for bond! If they had listened to a word I said, they would have known I already filed that. it only costs 625 to file an i130. I paid 700. anything over 1k is just complete theft. I called requesting court representation. These people barely understand law, are completely incapable, and will try to profit off your desperation to the maximum. Beware!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, I’m usually the most understanding and a nice person but please, be careful with these people if you do decide to side with them because they will NOT help.

If you’re a survivor seeking justice, do not waste your time with. I came to this lawyer with a strong, winnable case within the statute of limitations—exactly the kind of case they claim to specialize in. Instead of listening, he cut me off within seconds, made a flimsy excuse that wasn’t even legally accurate, and dismissed me outright. It became painfully clear that he’s not interested in actually fighting for victims—just cherry-picking easy, open-and-shut cases that require minimal effort. Beyond his blatant lack of commitment, his demeanor was shockingly rude, aggressive, and demeaning. Survivors seeking legal help deserve respect, not to be talked down to by someone who profits off their pain. When I called him out on his callous attitude, his response was basically, “I’m just a lawyer.” As if that justifies treating people like this. Lawyers don’t get to be condescending gatekeepers while profiting off the very people they refuse to fight for. If you’re looking for real advocacy and someone who will actually put in the work, look elsewhere. This guy is a disgrace to the profession.
