My hearing was rescheduled, and I was not informed. In fact, I was reminded by your system about the wrong hearing time weeks, days and hours until the wrong hearing.  I had to take off work for those appointments.  Also, nearly every phone call I had scheduled was late, including the one time I spoke with my lawyer.  I also never got the phone call from the lawyer the week before the hearing.  It was a different lawyer who showed up anyway.  This was the most impersonal experience.  It made me feel like I was treated like trash.  I will add this to the google review.  I have no idea what to do moving forward, and none of the assistants have any answers.
