I hired Mr. Moyer to represent me I live in Philadelphia . He wanted me to turn myself in without ever meeting me face to face for a consult not even a video consultation. I had to hire another lawyer in Allentown. One that I’m having a consultation with so I can surrender the right way. Please don’t waste your money or time with him I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t there so much I can’t say but the bottom line is don’t hire him

I couldn’t get past his demeanor on the phone. The way he answered was unprofessional and rude. If he didn’t want to be bothered then he shouldn’t send out letters describing his experience. I called him because he made himself look great on paper however it took less than a minute on the phone to realize he has no respect, not for potential clients and obviously not for himself. Unfortunately this review makes you choose a star because he doesn't even deserve one

Michael Moyer is an excellent advocate for his clients. I recently watched him get a prosecutor to completely dismiss a DUI case. It was a drug DUI with multiple drugs involved and very bad facts. Mr. Moyer looked past that and used science and the law to show the DA that this wasn't a DUI matter. Most lawyers would have just told their client to take an ARD. Not Mr. Moyer. His client STILL has a clean record becuse of him.
